Structural works complete — first fix underway at Knoll Avenue

Structural flooring replacements and improvements are complete. The knock-through has been carried out and steels are in place. First fix has now begun across the property. Building Control visited site this month and confirmed they are satisfied with all works completed to date. The project is progressing to programme.

Clearance and strip-out complete at 16 Knoll Avenue

Initial clearance works got underway in June. The property has been fully stripped back — all existing fixtures, fittings and finishes removed — ready for the structural improvements to follow. The site is clean, safe and prepared for the next phase.
